So thankful to FINALLY have our piece of Heaven back and in pristine condition!!! Thank you Mr. James for buying and restoring this gem back to perfection! Not just that but thank you for such amazing Southern Hospitality. We booked last minute in Christmas and were treated as a friend and not as a last minute annoyance on a holiday! I strongly suggest this spot to anyone looking for peace, relaxation, duck hunting, fishing, birdwatching and good ole southern hospitality!

Host was very friendly and informative on the fishing and creek status. We enjoyed ourselves with out being crowded into an area. They even were very understanding when our truck started acting up, and let us get it into order before our trip home.

The A-type cabin was spacious for the entire family, clean, and had all of the essentials. The pool was the perfect size, and there was plenty of shade. With littles 5 and under I recommend bringing some activities because there is no playground and the pool is deep. Bring mosquito repellent, life jackets, sun screen and have a fun time. Also, husbands may want to research what type of fish to catch, that may make his experience a little better. All in all there were many good memories made.

We went to Harmon Creek for a weekend getaway and it was exactly what we needed! Ronnie was wonderful and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It was wonderful to slow down, enjoy the pool, watch the rain, and relax on the covered back porch. We enjoyed fishing and just relaxing together as a family. We will definitely be back!

Great Father’s Day trip. This is a hidden gem. The cabins are all beautiful and well stocked. The outdoor pool and shower/bathrooms are very clean. Mr. Ronnie is very nice and always made sure everything and everyone was taken care of. Even as the rain poured and the river crept up on us, he made sure we had everything we needed. Great camping spot.

Everything was great! The cabin was very clean and cute. The campground is peaceful. My family had 2 cabins and 2 tent sites. We also enjoyed the pool and did some bank fishing. We will definitely go again. And the Manager was nice and friendly and very accommodating.

What a hidden gem! James, Michaela, and Mr. James' daughter are truly wonderful—so welcoming and kind. They've been putting a lot of work into renovations, and thanks to their efforts, the place is shaping up beautifully. The cabins are fully renovated, and we’re excited to stay in one. The property is gated, which gives us a strong sense of security at night while enjoying the natural surroundings. The restrooms are clean and well-maintained, with the shower and toilet conveniently located in the same room. The tent camping sites are fantastic—situated right by the water, offering a peaceful setting. Whether you want to fish or rent a paddle boat or kayak, there are plenty of ways to enjoy the water. The atmosphere was quiet, and we always felt safe throughout our stay. They also have a pool that's currently undergoing maintenance, but once completed, it'll be another great feature to enjoy.

Swimming pool needed chlorine; algae on walls. Otherwise, Ronnie was very accommodating. Very nice after the flooding a year ago with all the remodeling.

Quiet, clean and nice lake with lots of turtles and even a baby alligator! They have a small swimming pool and bathrooms/showers. Tent/cabin camping available.

We wanted a quiet place..was set up nicely inside ..staff is on top of everything. Will be back soon..lots of fishing going on too

It was a very quiet and beautiful place. Cabin was clean and had all the basic essentials for cooking and eating.

This campsite was perfect. The sites are situated on the little peninsula where the creek dead ends and all kinds of beautiful creatures are present. We enjoyed morning coffee with the birds, day time with the turtles, and our nightly campfire with the owls! The bathrooms/showers were immaculate and you can tell the folks really care to maintain the campsites and grounds. We loved that all sites have water and electricity (20amp plug to also hold regulator extension cord). They rent boats if you want and lots of people used the boat launch into the river to go bass fishing. If we come back through here again, we'd definitely stay here.
