We ended up in the BEST site at Hills Point Resort, thankfully ! We are so grateful for the accommodating manager for switching us to site A which is next to the water with sunset views- perfect!The site we originally booked and the one next to it (wooded sites B&C) should not be offered as a sites or there should at least be pictures. The disappointment we felt driving in to see that our “wooded site” was near the road, separated by only a few trees. The worst part was that it was right next to the dumpster and a pile of broken down lawn furniture and it was not even facing the lake! Site A is worth every penny though!!

There is only one tent site you could use, not 3. There is no power at the site and no fire pit. Way too expensive for what was advertised. Luckily, there was an empty RV site with a little bit of grass we could place our tent on.

We were upgraded to a cabin when we arrived. So quiet there I slept great. When we rented a boat for fishing he told us spots to go, how to rig up our equipment and taught us how to catch minnows for our bait! We will definitely be back next year
