I attempted to contact your office multiple times by phone and also sent an email regarding my reservation. Due to an unexpected family emergency, I was unable to attend on my originally scheduled reservation date and requested that my reservation be placed on hold or rescheduled for a later date. Unfortunately, I never received a return phone call or a response to my email. As a result, my reservation was missed, and it appears that I have now lost the funds paid toward it. I respectfully request that you review my situation and consider allowing me to reschedule my reservation or provide an alternative resolution. I made every effort to notify your office in advance and would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter fairly
