This is our usual park to stay at on our way through to Orlando and back home to Texas. Not far off the interstate, large sites with reliable utilities. Very quiet and beautiful land to walk your dogs. Pier over the creek that is really nice to fish or just enjoy nature. Cypress Spring isn't far away. Walmart is only about 20 minutes away. Beach is about 50 minutes.

People were friendly, campground was well taken care of and very clean, easy ride off I-10

The site was easy to find, easy to roll in and set up, and had both a pond and access to Holmes Creek in the back for kayaking or just enjoying the dock. Staff was friendly and helpful, I have no complaints whatsoever.

Site: level, gravel, long enough not to unhitch, decent space between Hookups: full, easy to use Showers: no bath or showers contrary to another review I saw; the FAQ on their website says that. Roads: Wi-Fi: none, and T Mobil was weak Laundry: Other Notable: Campground currently has just the basics, but it’s nice. Very conscientious owners. I was here during the arctic blast, and though I arrived after the office closed the owner stopped by to make sure I knew about the upcoming cold front. While their pipes are insulated they suggested I disconnect my hose so water wouldn’t freeze inside. They checked on me a couple of more times during the week. Customer service goes a long way, particularly in a situation like this. They also provided a referral to a reliable repair person to fix a damaged awning arm, and I was very pleased with his service. I would stay here again.

Wonderful campground and owners! We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay. Our children loved the playground, open space, and community area with games. We appreciated the quiet surroundings and the beautiful creek. Bit of a drive to a regular grocery store but Nana and Papa's Farm Store nearby helped.

What a nice place ! A lot of space, everything very clean, and such kind managers. We loved our night in the Holmes Creek and would come again with a lot of pleasure.

The owners were absolutely wonderful. The camp ground was exceptionally clean. Will very likely be back.

Very well maintained, big rig friendly, close to the creek for a camping feel (without the fear of getting stuck in mud), and not far from beaches. My kids loved seeing the birds on site, enjoyed the playground, and watching the goats nearby. Didn't get a chance to go out on the creek, but seemed cool to kayak and they have available to rent. I would go back if in the area.
