Honey Grove Campground — Reviews

The Bunkhouses were nice and exactly as described. The showers were great! We saw many stars in a very dark sky. The site was peaceful.

The on site caretaker was far from the brightest bulb in the box. I got there and he had not mowed, well 2 days later he starts mowing, and, you would think he would have started with my site, oh, forgot to mention I was the only person there. Well, he finally got to me last. Then on the day I left, I was trying to get turned around to use the dump station and here he comes screaming i was on the grass, I had a trailer tire on a little bit of grass. The dump station was on the opposite side of where it should have been. The week I was there, he or his wife NEVER came and said a word to me. Most inhospitable place i have ever been. I'd never go there again or recommend it to anyone else. 2 thumbs down
