Easy access and set up

When we got to our site #9, it was occupied by someone else. We called the office and was assigned another site #11. We were very disappointed that this happened and was told some sites were overbooked! Don’t understand how this could happen! We also didn’t have a garbage can which was taken by another site! This is first time this happened to us at Hoover Met, hopefully it doesn’t again because we like to stay there! Thanks!

Great place! We love yo stay there!

We just had a quick 1 night layover on our way to Gulfport. Large Pull through spots, quiet neighbors, in and out, was quick and easy. Great playground for the kids.

Perfect for a stopover. Easy location to find, lots of room. Class C with tow. Best hookups I’ve used.

Easy in and easy out. No problems

Employees parking in camper spots. Faint urine smell in spot 18.

I live in Hoover and use the RV park to prepare for trips in our RV. The staff is helpful and the facilities are great.

There was no shower facility

Super clean and safe with full hookups. We are 42 ft long. Spots are tight..my slide was 12 inches from the neighbors slides, but that was the only way to have room for a car to park in the site too. End sites looked WAY bigger. Basically, its a paved parking lot with sites marked off.

Hoover Met is super convenient, it’s easy in and out and the hooks ups are nice. There is nothing fancy about staying here. It is basically a parking lot, but it is a clean parking lot. The management are super easy to work with and they even allowed us a late check out for no additional cost. We stay here every time we are in Birmingham since we work, or camp.

Perfect for a quick stop over.

We stay here all the time with our travels. The grass was at least 2 feet high everywhere. Not well kept. I’m sorry this place is going down hill.

Really like the General Manager at the Finley Center. He was great!!!

Because we continue to reserve a specific spot in the last three times we have shown up there someone has been in our spot and we had to move to another
