Nice place the only thing is too much noise Friday night

Very convenient, different. Was perfect for one night passing through or if I had a sporting event to attend. Great complex. Long term stay I would need some trees and grass. Will return.

I like this place, but wish they’d respond to communications (emails / phone calls). Management is nice, but works part-time. Repairs are slow and trash is inconsistent. Great location otherwise.

This is a good average rating. There is almost no customer service available to people who stay here. The location is great, the facilities are adequate but they need a dog park. When we arrived someone was staying at our reserved site and said they had been there for a month. This was clearly simply a free loader and when I finally got through to someone at the Met Complex, this person suddenly moved his camper to another spot and opened up our reserved spot. They apparently do not patrol their park to see whether people are free loading spaces. Per the Site Map the entire row I was on had only 2 reserved spaces including mine. However there were 7 campers parked in the 12 spots. The site map showed 102 Open spots of 170 total - there were actually only about 70 open sites. Clearly they do not monitor the use of the park. The rates are reasonable, there is no cable tv, the Wifi is ok but not great and over the air TV is less than ideal. but the facility is nice as long as you realize it is a big parking lot with electrical, water and sewer connections. Again it is very conveniently located in Hoover Al and is near all shopping and adjacent to the Met Complex - Baseball Stadium and Event center and a nice Children's Park, Splash Park, Tennis Courts, and a variety of Sports Fields. As long as you neither expect nor need any customer service it is nice but be prepared to have to uproot squatters from your site.

This is a great complex with all asphalt. Very convenient to anything you might need.

We were winterized and it was not clear that there are no onsite bathrooms and showers.

Awesome sports fields and facilities near the campgrounds! We also enjoyed Brock’s Gap Brewery and the Band!

The sites are level, clean, trash cans are at the sites and security or police are continuously patrolling. The management was easy to deal with and did everything to make our stay wonderful. We will certainly stay there again.

I was a bit disappointed because the site that we had booked was changed but the substitute site was comparable. I was told that this was due to a disabled fifth wheel but no activity the four days we were there. The site did not appear to be packed up so they may have just decided to stay longer. When booking a site, understand that it is subject to change at their discretion.

Nice convenient RV Park. Though this is a huge parking lot, all sites have water, electric, sewer, free wi-fi, and trash containers. Sites are level and within walking distance of a splash pad (great for younger children), tennis courts, multi-purpose fields (soccer, lacrosse, ultimate), baseball/softball fields, inside walking track/gym (special hours), and the newest addition a brewery (food trucks, beer, children, and pet friendly). Quiet at all times, patrolled by local police, and reservations available online for just $2 fee. Stayed in a Class A Motorhome with tow vehicle. No bath houses so you must be self contained. Definitely would stay here again!
