We had problems with the gate, I think a resident cleaned the bathroom and the garbage was never emptied. The timer in the bathroom could be 5 minutes longer-naked in the bathroom, by the door waving my arms around to get the light back on. A grab bar to get out of the shower would be nice. Staff was always very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay, the park model was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, very clean. The location was perfect for us, easy to get to the beaches and Jiggs Landing is one mile down the road, great fishing and live music there.

I have a 30ft class A Motorhome. We were placed in the single-wide manufactured home section, where we had a tough time managing parking because of the closeness of the buildings and landscape. The top of the sewer pipe was broken off, and there wasn't any way to fasten our sewer hose to the pipe. Meanwhile, the area for parking RV coaches and trailers was 2/3 empty. We will never stay here again.

The amenities we were hoping to use are not open. Thought I might have left behind our trailer wheel cover and called the front desk to see it was there. Received no reply.

The pictures of sites are deceptive. The site did not fit our rig despite the office knowing the size of our Class C. Office is closed on the weekend. When we called the after hours number we were confronted by a grumpy yelling older man. No restroom or bath facilities near the RV spots.

Such a great place. Easy way in….out is a test of your skills and spacial awareness! We loved the pool, pickle ball and horseshoes. We will definitely be back. Thanks.

This is a nice resort. There are a good bit of full time rv homes, but the people we met were very nice. The grounds are very up very nicely! The pool, hot tub and exercise room were immaculate and nice. Awesome location too! We will be returning

Of course this rating excludes the showers and toilets that really need refurbished to live up to the rest of the facilities.
