the yurts are very nice. but the sky light leaked, and the window leaked. water running in. they are brand new. and someone has already broken the paper towel holder off the wall and a towel holder was broken in bathroom.

We had an amazing time at Horsethief. Pictures made the place look a lot larger but still fit our family of 6 fine since we had the covered porch as additional space. Anyone above the age of 8 had to crawl in the loft because of the height. Bathroom door kept locking people inside, and front door lock code would sometimes not take which was frustrating but fishing was great, swimming area was clean. My recommendation for future growth would be to add a second swimming area for busy weekends.

I like that the campground is small enough to walk all around it but you are not right on top of each other. The lady at the front office is always friendly and helpful. The grounds are well kept. Wonderful activities are offered for those that wish to participate.

Very nice. They had a concert going on Saturday which was nice. Overall the park was quiet….at 10pm there were no unruly sites. Almost half of the lake is no wake zone, which I’m sure they have their reasons, but it makes for a busy watersports area. All sites are water/electric with many full hookup sites. A lot of them have concrete pads and gazebos over the picnic tables. Highly recommended this place!!
