Really nice park..

Quite ans great hill top view

Extremely clean and the location was perfect.

Very welcoming clean nice and lot of room.

We enjoyed the location to all the site Hot Springs has to offer. We also liked the security of a gated park.

The Park should list that it is not recommended for RVs over 36 feet. I had extreme difficulty getting into the park given the grade and tight angles. Getting out was worse. Even though downhill, I could not make the turn because of the gate and limits from the hill. I opened the entrance manually (by walking out and around) but still hit rocks leaving because it is too steep to see.

Was surprised there was not a bathhouse or laundry facility. I paid extra to have a specific spot number and when I got there the owners motorhome was in the spot I paid for. That wasn't a problem because there were plenty of other spots available. I just wish I hadn't paid extra for something and not received. Very neat and clean. But I did not like the artificial turf because it was secured with sharp spikes that I stepped on and hurt my foot. It looked nice but I don't think it was a very well thought out plan. Luckily we only needed one night just for a place to sleep. I guess I should have asked before booking if there was a bathhouse or laundry.

Very nice park with large sites.

This is the nicest place we have ever stayed. Very friendly owner. The grounds were meticulously maintained and very clean. Defiantly a well deserved 5 star rating.

Great site, clean and all the facilities fully functional. Our only complaint is the bright light shining on the entire site.

The BEST view above it all! Brand new gated RV park. Wide concrete spots and Astro turf with a rocked trail down the back hill. Each site has a stone fire pit and there is a huge gorgeous one for the entire campground to share. You can see the lookout tower and mountain range all around. Easy access to highway. We felt luv to have found this gem….hated to leave and the owners are so welcoming and helpful. 10 out of 10! We will be back.

Quiet, clean and easy to find.

Park was great! Site #6 is a little tight to maneuver out the gate without backing up to get a better angle.

Owner welcomed us plus came by on day of Eclipse to make sure we all had proper eyewear. concrete pads are wide, turf grass in between sites and stone at back with firepit. On top of hill so view is great, feel the winds. We were in site 8, highway 70 below but treeline and the quiet of HotSprings at night very quiet. Intimate location only 11 sites

Size of sites and quality of overall location

Paid for a reservation for 3/16 and when we got there, called the phone number at the gate to be let in. No one answered, left multiple voicemails and emails and still no reply! Had to keep driving through the night. I have asked for a refund, still no reply. Extremely unprofessional and do not recommend!!
