No potable water available. Very primitive site. You have a good location But need to make via real RV park. Yellow paint on gravel is not the answer. Also you need a sign at the highway that is visible .

Nice quiet spot a little hard to find the entrance. Fairly level site, easy to level the rv.

Location was great (once we found it…was a little tough to spot). It was safe, quiet, and had the amenities it advertised. The tent cabin area was lovely but the RV parking is a gravel lot. Usage of the bathrooms and showers was expensive ($20/person per day). Views of mountains all around were gorgeous.

The stay was good. The staff was helpful and friendly. Camp provided firewood was very wet. The main road in and out was very rough with potholes. No smooth path in/out. Very Jolting on our rv. A good weekend was had. We recommend it. Please make the corrections/repairs noted.

The cottages, themselves, were great! The issues I have were only 1 functioning dome shower and zero of the bathrooms. The two port-a-potties onsite were full and needed to be emptied. The sound from the rock quarry next to the property was a little annoying as it took away from the ambience.

The “resort” is extremely overpriced for what you get and when we stayed (July 26 and 27) was NOT ready for guests. It was so weird, it was like a resort AI would design without humans intervening to correct it. Cute signs everywhere, cute blanket and decor touches, atmospheric barrel sauna…but no running water?!?! About as far from glamour pi’s as you can get. We stayed in one of the “glamour tents”. There was only one shower working in the glamping area and it was not straightforward to operate. I had a hot shower but my friend said it kept shutting off and she had a cold shower. There was only one operational pit toilet in the area. The strangest thing is there was no sink or running water in the area. You couldn’t wash your hands after using the toilet u less you used the shower (and got wet) or just used hand sanitizer. I camp a lot and this was not glamping, it was barely camping. The first thing you need is water! The 2 hot tubs are small inflatible tubs, the dry sauna I tried was very nice (the only good thing about the place). I didn’t see a cold plunge pool but I may have missed it. The manager let us use an apartment room to shower but this is about a 5 minute walk away from the glamour tent - not convenient. The glamour tent was cute but got cold at night and didn’t have enough blankets. I would have been more comfortable in my own tent with a sleeping bag. The heat is provided by a propane heater but there are no monoxide detectors and it’s a real fire risk. Don’t spend your money here. It’s extremely overpriced for what you get.

We really enjoyed this resort, everything was brand new. Amenities are spot on, heated tent, warm bed, cold plunge, hot tub , sauna , outdoor shower with hot water. We enjoyed everything. Location is great too, surrounded by beautiful mountains, super close to Exit glacier, to town and stores. Would definitely recommend it and would definitely come back.

The lady manager who is responsible for contacting and welcoming us was awful, I asked her about the rules in the site, for example if the sauna can be privately used or shared with everyone at the same time, I just want to be considerate and understand the rule but she replied me with bad attitude saying it's common sense, no one asked before, her attitude was unrespectful just like we are a fool Even before we arrived, she asked us on the phone to pay extra to upgrade our original booking from glamping to cottage, saying that the glamping is not good, it's very cold there, we may not be able to stay overnight, I rejected and it turned out the glamping is really excellent with heat inside, we enjoyed a lot about the glamping facility but just the sales manager was awful, other stuff are nice

The worst possible place to stay in our motorhome, esp. at the price. Virtually none of the advertised facilities except for electrical hook-up. No hot tub, no sauna, no bathroom facilities, nothing more than an empty gravel parking lot (no other guests except for us suckers were there). The near-by rock quarry operated in the middle of the night. We were told that the laundry facilities were primarily for the residents, but we were "allowed" to use them. We found out after we did 2 loads that only 1 of the 4 washers had a spin cycle, so we ended up with 2 loads of soaking wet laundry. We left a night early. Do not consider this place.

The manager was very nice and the area was clean. However, price point was not worth it for an RV. There was electric and a picnic table. On top of paying for the spot, there was a pet fee. We were not supposed to go onto the glamping side (learned that after). In order to use the bathrooms, showers, or even lawn games on that side, there would be an additional $25 per person. No dump site available. Resort size looked great but RV, not worth the cost.

Clean sites, no RV dump, looks like they are still in the process of building what could be a fantastic site.
