Nice quiet campground with friendly staff. We did see a few things that needed improving in our site. There was a shrub right in the way of our slide out ao we had to park the trailer right at the edge of the road, and that made if tough to park the truck in our space. And the place to hook up power had only the heavy duty plug, so we couldn't use a basic extension cord which made it almost impossible for us to plug in. Otherwise the campground is pretty. Its quiet except for the train which runs nearby a few times in the night. We will definitely camp here again but I might just make sure we don't get the same site.

The campground it self is spacious and well laid out. Washroom lacked proper daily cleaning, with the women’s washroom being worse than the men’s. Unfortunately the campground is located very close to a railroad track with two crossings in very close proximity. During the night at least 2-3 trains pass the campground and blow their horn for safety reasons anywhere from 7-10 times and you will be awake at night !! It’s really loud and impossible to sleep through it. Otherwise, the town of Irricana has all types of stores you would need, grocery store, coffee shop, liquor store etc. and either Drumheller or Calgary are under an hour away.

Peaceful and quiet, not a big campground. Huge sites (I had #12A) and no street lights that's bothersome at night. One can rest under the big trees!
