Restaurant to far away internet does not work good place needs alot of clean up work around the place

This is our favorite camping area in Scottsboro, AL. There is a lot for everyone at this State Park. It was necessary for me to make a slight change in my reservation and staff was accommodating.

The cabin was pet friendly and our cats loved having room to move around instead of being confined in a hotel room for a week. We have stayed numerous times when visiting family and it has met our needs. The microwave and fridge are very handy. It's been a clean, quiet and safe area as well.

Site was very clean, lawn mowed. Bathrooms were clean, but could use some updating.

The site was level! The services were awesome - sewer, wifi AND cable?! Unheard of. And the view was amazing and better than we could have known. We have been camping since 2013 - nicest campground yet! And staff was extremely nice and helpful -absolutely no complaints. We will be back for sure.

Beautiful view of the lake and friendly staff in the office. #38 was a big and level campsite with a small fire pit and view to watch the wildlife. Only one neighbor was there near by and it was quiet. The only downside was the very bright streetlight butI understand it’s not forest camping. We would definitely stay here again when passing through.

Nice setting on the lake but bugs galore and a lot of old full timers RV’s parked all over with no one to be seen. We deduced it was for seasonal workers. We left after just one night even though we were booked for 2. Didn’t feel comfortable and will definitely not make a return visit.

The campground is beautiful but The property to our campsite had a coded gate. We never received a gate code nor made aware we needed one prior to our arrival. We had to wait until someone was coming out and flag them down to find out what to do.

Bath house is dirty we only stay here during hunting season

Everyone was awesome! Beautiful park and lake. They continuously work to keep it looking beautiful.

It was a nice park, full of what looked like long term campers. The view was amazing. We arrived on a Sunday and the office was closed but had a number to call. Doug was very helpful and friendly. It was a short visit for us and the only issue we had was we never found the dumpster. I love the little cabins you can rent.

Great location, plently of room between sites Friendly people, Well maintained facilities. Plenty of things to do.
