Jekyll Island Campground — Reviews

We loved the campground, and we wish we could have stayed longer. The island is very interesting with lots to see and do.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

great spot close to the bathhouse. Easy to set up our StarLink. Site was not too crowded.

Great area/trails to bike, walk, or run! But the Trees are too low and hit/scratched the top of the RV, on the road coming into the campground, so I am not sure I would recommend it. Sites are a little close together (more like a KOA than a state park). Hopefully the new area they are adding on, will have more space b/t sites?

Stay was very nice. Bath houses were top notch. Clean, air conditioned, and hot water for showers.

Beautiful location in Jekyll Island, easy check in, friendly staff , clean grounds & right across from Driftwood Beach. Will definitely stay there again.

Such a beautiful location. Power and water worked fine but very close to many other campers

Jekyll Island is a very special place. I love learning about all of the history. The campground is beautiful with all of the old Oaks loaded with moss and resurrection fern.

Always enjoy the campground! The bath houses are well maintained. The bike rental was easy and staff in the office were very nice!
