Very clean and new accommodations with friendly and competent staff. Activities for the kids were plentiful and the pools were well laid out and clean. We had an issue with the ac in our cabin and the manager on site, Jennifer, went out of her way to help us out after hours. This was all while dealing with a larger issue that affected the park. Maintenance staff was also responsive and accommodating. We look forward to coming back here soon!

Not quite a full Jelly stone. They are trying to but not there yet. Also not consistent with other jellystone parks. No much activities and very babyish. Activities they did have on schedule either did not actually happen or the person running it did not know what they were doing. Poole are small and over crowded. No shade for 90% of the rv sites.
