The RV grounds was great. I know there is a sign on the door about no water and it was on the confirmation email. Lots of people do not see that and I wish when checking in the staff would mention the water being shutoff. In my case I went to my site un hooked, set up and was surprised about the water being shut off.

What a beautiful and quiet park. We stayed for one night, and it was very nice. We did some laundry and the facility was very clean. Tho spark is along a rail road track(s) and could hear some trains go by - I found it comforting and non-intrusive.

This is a beautiful well maintained RV Park ! Friendly Staff and large concrete pull through pads. Train runs close by so there is some train noise but it didn’t bother us. I’d definitely go back!

Traveled down the west coast to California from BC Canada. Stayed at RV parks along the way and back up. Jim & Mary’s RV park was hands down the nicest RV park we stayed at. Clean, beautiful landscaping, great size lots, mature trees, flower gardens at some sites. If we are ever in the area and need a place to stay we would absolutely be booking here again.

The park for one thing is beautiful. Well kept. The flowers are amazing. It was a pleasure to use their bathroom. We had an emergency and needed a night to stay, they went out of their way to get un in. Thank you Jim & Mary's. I hope we get to come back some day.

Super cute grounds with lots of grass and flowers. Very well cared for. Also the front desk staff was amazing to deal with during our stay. So accommodating and super friendly.

Absolutely charming. Tidy, well maintained, level good sized lots. Excellent showers! Lovely flowers and friendly hostesses! I recommend to all! Ooo and a taco truck and ice cream truck the night we stayed!
