A little too rustic for me...we chatted with one of the owners and with the plans they have for the next 5-10, it will be an amazing place to stay. It was great for a bonfire or to sleep. It is in a great location for day tripping to Ludington, Muskegon or Grand Haven.

Most campsites have real toilets and showers, but this one only has a rustic toilet and no shower.

We called the campground number multiple times before booking and once we arrived and never received a call back despite leaving a message. There was no one available at the camp ground for assistance. We plugged in our camper and the breaker immediately tripped. We reset it and got power for just a short while but never got power to the camper from the pedestal no matter what we tried. We ended up running the camper on battery power all night and again, had no one available to assist us or to even give us permission to move campsites. This campsite has zero amenities. The only positive was the size of the campsite. It was spacious but did require navigating the very tight entrance to back into due to trees.

Loved the peaceful serenity. Too narrow of backing in trailer though. Thanks for the quick stay.

Very quiet, secluded, and peaceful. The outhouse has been updated and the owners kept them very clean. Highly recommend.
