Pretty much perfect, except for the shower situation. Other than that, great little area by the water, calm and quiet surroundings and most of all, adorably friendly cats.

We came to do some kayaking in the estuary. We launched from Wheeler and enjoyed our time. The night we arrived, we enjoyed a Dungenous crab fresh caught and cooked by Kelly's. Bathroom and shower facilities were clean. Local restaurants and coffee shops, as well as the Tillamook cheese factory were enjoyable.

Pros: the view from the small space behind the trailer is amazing looking over the bay. The bathrooms were kept clean. The bathrooms were kept clean, but there were a few drawbacks. First, there wasn’t a designated parking spot for tow vehicles. You had to pay for a trailer spot and wait for a spot to open up between the people who came and went since it’s a marina that sells seafood. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a designated parking spot for paying campers. The spots were also really small, so we couldn’t open the awning if the camper next to us had an open slide. Another issue was that the store only sold beer individually, even though they had cases in the back. I thought that was a bit greedy, especially since I understand that they need to make money. Overall, I won’t be coming back to camp or shop.

We love coming here! At first glance you might think 'yeesh, these spaces are pretty close together' and while that may be true, the view from your RV campsite is phenom and we have so enjoyed getting to know the various peeps camping next to us. We will be back and make this a regular stop!

We were in a tent site, this time of year (November), it was super muddy. Mud puddles surrounded us. Fortunately, we did not have a tent, we stayed in our van. It would have been miserable in a tent. Other than the mud, it was fine. Bathrooms were super clean, reservation and check in was really easy, we had a view of the bay. Even through we were a few yards from hwy 101, there was very little traffic at night, didn't even notice it.
