The fairground site was tough to level due probably to recent rain. Took several attempts-to to get our class a in a decent spot for the evening. I’d sure stay here again.

The change of check in due to the Rain was a little frustrating . To be ready to set up for judging..

The campground was clean and nicely layed out. However site are narrow. The campground was almost empty however when I booked only a few sites showed available. Would go again when visiting family in the area.

Facility had only a few people staying during our stay. It was clean, well maintained and quiet.

I was not advised that there would be auto racing lasting till 11pm. Extremely loud. Not real pleasant.

Very quiet spot for a few days. We were in town to see a nephew graduate from Great Lakes. Only a 40 minute drive to Chicago! Will definitely stay here again.

Quiet, good electricity and water hook up. Site needed some leveling and soft because ruts were repaired with mulch.

Great location. No issues with electric or water. Dump station is adequate. The location is in a poor spot as no one can enter or leave when a camper is utilizing the dump station. Camp spots are marked well. They are narrow, very little room for table or setting outside. We enjoyed the races on Saturday and flea market on Sunday. There is also a river tubing location next door which we plan to visit next time.

Campground is clean although sites are small. My site was dry, but some areas are quite wet- in the larger areas in the back. Markers between sites are right in the way of backing trailers into sites. They are visually easy to see the sites but should be removable to accommodate parking.
