Keylime Bay RV Resort — Reviews

Our first time at Key Lime Bay and we couldn’t be happier! Very beautiful park. Clean and a smaller campground . The amenities are amazing! Great pool and laundry facilities! Staff extremely friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back!

Friendly and courteous staff, convenient location, great amenities (including bathrooms) and scenic and well maintained RV spaces.

Site was big and wide. Loved the pavers which made setting up and leveling really easy. Only thing we didn’t like was the amount of traffic noise on Hillsborough road. It sounded like we were right next to a race track. It was non stop.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Keylime Resort, it had nice amount of room and the bathrooms were fantastic! The owners are super nice and the folks at the resort were very nice! I will stay again soon!

Everything was so nice. The young lady at the clubhouse was amazing. The grounds nice. Clubhouse great. Not great: Restrooms and especially showers were not kept clean. Floors soaked and dangerously slippery. Handicapped shower did not even have safety bars. Toilet paper always running low. Hairs and crud on the shower floors.

The park is great but we did encounter a dog owner “walking” his dog. The dog was a German Sheppard and off leash. We have smaller dogs and if they were outside at the time it could have been a big issue.

Excellent campground. The sites are nice,, clean and spacious. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place and we absolutely will be returning.

Everything was extra nice! We enjoyed the pool.

A real gem ! Very clean, close to attractions in Tampa. . Friendly staff. WiFi is a little sketchy. Will definitely stay there next time we are in Tampa.

The campground is very clean. The spots were all paved and had privacy hedges in between the spots.

Clean, spacious, modern, and well maintained park. We stayed for 10 days, 8 of which we left our rig and drove to the keys (stayed in resort there). This was all pre-planned of course, and we chose Keylime Bay RV resort because we felt the rig would be safe in our absence. Highly recommend.

The resort was nice. Only a few negatives, the landscaping could have used a little touch up (weeds in the landscaping beds), there weren’t any garbage cans on the property except for the dumpster at the entrance, the signage out front is not very easy to see so one could easily pass it up, and getting in and out of the property can be tricky since it’s on a very busy road. The sites were nice though (pads are concrete pavers) and there is some landscaping between the sites so you aren’t looking directly at your neighbors.

The resort is absolutely beautiful and Joe and his staff are very friendly and helpful.
