Electric and water functioned. We had a problem with our breaker going out a few times during our stay, which we haven't had elsewhere. The bathrooms are fine, the showers stay hot for long, which was very nice. Overall, it felt like you're welcome if you're local, you're inconvenient if you aren't. Wouldn't stay again. But if you're just stopping for a night or two, no biggy.

Thank you for your review. We are working on the breaker problem and are going to 50amp in the near future. I'm not sure about your comments about Local and not, but all are welcome and our intentions is to make everyone feel that way!!!

The people were very nice, in the office and other campers/ residents. I would say the only negative was when I took my dogs to the dog area, I had to pick up other people’s dog poop.

Great! Super cute with the craft room and area to clean and fillet your catching. It is kinda dispersed between long term and short term RVers. Great location if you wanting to be near Grayland Beach State Park.
