Knutsford Campground — Reviews

Site was level and shady. Area was quiet. Did not use amenities so cannot rate them. Only reason for four rather than five stars is that structurally the access to hookups didn’t work particularly well with our RV, in particular the long distance from the sewer to our rigs black and grey tanks, compounded by negative slope at junction. All worked out in the end, and overall a good experience. We would return.

The sites are clean and big enough. The wash and showerrooms are also good.

The staff was friendly. The bathrooms were very clean. The tenting spots were spacious. This will be where we stay in future, when visiting Kamloops.

The internet was horrible- had a very important zoom meeting and chose this compground as advertised internet- got bounced off every few minutes, had to go to office to get on. Bathrooms were old, not very clean, no hot water . Sites are just small spots of dirt. For electric and water price is very steep. Would stay at a provincial campground that is far more attractive for a fraction of the price next time.

Host was nice . Facilities were average. Overall campground was tacky. Too many full-time people who had sketchy homes. I would look for something better. But in a pinch this will do for a night. Catered to full time with a small area for overnight and campers. Playground was overrun with weeds.
