Lac du Flambeau Campground and Marina — Reviews

Beautiful spacious campsites, shower house was clean and well maintained, gorgeous scenery, quiet and friendly fellow campers, welcoming and hospitable campground. My camping experience included a rainbow over the lake, a gorgeous sunset, and the highlight was listening to the loons on the lake. It was a wonderful respite away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Had a good time grass needs to be cut better would have less bugs

Great restrooms and clean campsites. Little or no traffic. I will absolutely stay there in the future.

Beautiful setting. Enjoyed kayaking right from the campground. Campground was especially peaceful midweek.

It was so great we extended our stay another few days. Clean facilities, friendly staff. Beautiful site we chose and great neighbors.

RV Park wasn't mowed, leaf piles everywhere. Fire pits weren't cleaned out. Half of the bathrooms were unavailable for use due to septic being full. Not sure how that could be possible on Memorial Day weekend. Perhaps they weren't maintained properly prior to the busy weekend. Unable to speak to anyone, no one was around. Could only leave a message, which was never returned. Only thing that seemed to matter was they already received their money. Whatever happened after that wasn't relevant. Too bad, use to love coming to this campground. I so hope it improves.

We had to ask for a picnic table. There was no fire ring. One of the two shower houses was closed.
