We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We stayed during the last Halloween weekend and between all the normal on-site amenities and the event schedule, we stayed busy! Our toddler loved it and so did we. We’ve stayed at many campground and my husband and I agreed that this was definitely high up on our List. We did stay in the train caboose, which made it even better! It was very clean and spacious enough for four (husband, three year old, seven month old and I. I would highly recommend renting (or bringing) a golf cart since the campground is so large and there’s so much to see. Half the fun was riding around just cruising in the golf cart. One negative- the events on the schedule did change locations twice so that was a bit confusing as we went to one location just to find out it had changed to a different one. Thankfully we stayed in the caboose, which was a perfect location to be right in the ‘action’, but far enough away to not be right ontop of the crowd.

Left one day early cause it was going to be bad weather on Friday and I asked if they could give me a free day or a voucher for half off so you have an incentive to come back but they said no no one wants to travel in bad weather and pouring rain!,!!!

Acorns dropping all day and night, bugs were terrible, ruts were deep from previous campers. We will not return.
