RV area smelled of sewer. No one to help to give codes to facilities or let you know how to find your site. Never checked on by any employee entire 2 week stay. We will never return.

I rented this spot for my relatives. It was a mud pit to say the least. I don't think I will have my friends or relatives come to our park again until something is done to stop the flooding on Marina Drive. I feel sorry for the RV'ers that are there now.

Well maintained park. Our transient site was very small. Everyone in the park was very friendly. Right on the lake with a nice pool and beautiful club house.

It was not a separate campground from the mobile home park as described. Office personal was not very informative or helpful. Camping spots was hard to get into and very close together there was no room to put out our awning. I was under the impression that we would have laundry facilities which did not exist for campers. Driveways to get around with camper was barley enough room to get through.

The property is very well maintained and peaceful even with the RV spots being very close together. Enjoyed the easy access to the lake and the cool breezes it offered.

Overall a good park, heated pool was nice and clean. Park was quite and clean, mostly full time mobile homes but a few trailer spots. Enjoyed our stay.

Very tight spots. Narrow roads with somewhat confusing layout for transient RV stays. The sewer connections are way above ground so difficult to drain even with supports. The plus is that it's about $40/night. Very big park, mostly seasonal or year round residents. Residents are friendly and helpful. Lake at the back is beautiful.
