LSM Lake San Marino — Reviews

Great park and fun, welcoming people. Clean facilities. Lots of activities and events. Only fault were roads are narrow and site wasn’t wide enough to put out awning. Conveniently located to stores, restaurants and beach.

The stay was fine. Not our type of park. We usually go to State Parks but were visiting relatives in Naples and stayed closer. Place was clean and well maintained. Bath houses were nice We were on site 212. The 30 amp circuit breaker is loose nd should be tightened or replaced.

The people in the park were very helpful since we didn’t arrive till 8:30 in the evening. The packet was where you told us it was we had to have a little help finding a lot. We had been on the road for about 23 hours so we really couldn’t focus on anything. The streets are a little bit narrower for 39 foot motorhome very nice facilities. Everything that we needed seem to be close to the park actually and walking distance. I rented a car because we had problems with our jeep from Toyota. They were very nice to deal with very honest people and I was very happy. I’m out the rental rate, not used to all the traffic in Naples hard to go anywhere. The only downfall that I could see you just said to pick your time. It was a very pleasant day and I would do it again. Thank you again for all your services.

Spaces are very tight. located next door to A cement plant that runs 24/7. Pretty noisy at night. Our picnic table was falling apart at our site but they were quick to replace it for us. Shout out to Jeanette, sorry if I spelled your name wrong, I think she just volunteers for many of the activities but she was very sweet and made an effort to get us included. No firepits on sites, community firepits with propane heaters instead of actual fire pits. Location is pretty close to shopping and beaches so that’s one plus. Office never open on weekends which is when most people come and go so your on your own as far as finding your site.

Great place, centrally located, but on a quiet street. Plenty of things to do within a short distance. Recommend highly.

I think I cheated the park. They assigned me to spot 42, but that number showed up in front of a grass strip, when every other spot was concrete. So I took the adjacent spot, with a concrete pad. We only stayed two nights, and no one came knocking, saying that we were in their spot. I guess we dodged a bullet. Nice spot. We’ll probably stay there again when we head back to Texas in January.

Very poor communication no one was ever at the office and the grounds look terrible

The staff and residents at Lake San Narino were very welcoming and friendly. Lots of activities planned at the resort to include luncheons, breakfasts, sockps, etc. Pickleball was well participated in. Fished from the dock at their lake. Close to beaches to include Barefoot Beach, Bonita Beach, etc. Plenty of fun places to eat. 20 minutes to downtown Naples. The weather for our 3 weeks was fantastic. The onlychallenges were the roads were a bit tight within the resort and camp spots were a little close together.

The sites are too close. They try to pack too many people in a small space. The internet is a joke - virtually non existent. We would not stay again.

Site was tight and very difficult to park a truck and an RV. Great location. Property well maintained.

Park very clean, friendly neighbors, excellent location near tour Naples friends and family.

The campsite & facilities were great as were the front office staff. We did have 1 very rude resident that complained about my grandchildren because they were in the pool. The next day we heard another group complaining about us & that it was a 55 & over facility. There were very nice residents as well. We just tried to avoid the ugly ones.

Very nice campground. Looks like it would be good for an extended stay. We only stayed for the weekend visiting family in Naples.

The spaces are a very nice size. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. It is conveniently located to beaches and area of shopping.

Roads were too narrow and it was difficult to get into. The site was sandy and the concrete slab was cracked.

Mainly for the interaction with Charlie upon check-in. What an amazing guy. Was lucky to get in for just two days. Was in a Class B van, so I wasn’t at the site long enough to meet neighbors, but everyone was friendly on the streets. Facilities were clean. Seemed to be a lot of scheduled activities, with good participation. Good location. Close to everything.
