Water pressure was poor. Internet was poor. Smell of dump hung in the air most days.

Debbie and Micheal did outstanding job to accommodate us.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The residents were really friendly. If we come through the area again we will want to stay there.

Super friendly people, conscientious and proud of their community and welcoming to RVers of all types -- especially snowbirds who flock to the park during winter months. Too many social events to list, and all are offered to guests to make them feel at home. Clean and well kept property and roomy sites make this a fantastic place to park your camper and explore the beautiful Tampa Bay region.

Well maintained

Very quiet park even though the spots are tight. The only negative is the spots are grass/sand which required us to re-level our MH multiple times.

The people were very friendly and welcomed us to the Valentine dance. We will stay there again. The pool water was supposed to be heated but not real warm. One worker said someone complained it was too hot so they shut it off. A person staying there said they were out of propane was why it wasn't warm so I don't know. The staff was nice to us. Overall It was one of the nicer places we've stayed. We would recommend it.
