We had a great time at Leelanau Pines! We arrived late, but the late check-in process was super easy- we had no problem finding our site, even in the dark. It was a perfect weekend of fall camping, and we will definitely be back next summer to enjoy the lake!

The site had a great view of the lake, and everything was nice and quiet, and was able to get up and watch the sun rise in the morning over the lake

Leelanau Pines is one of my favorite campgrounds in the Lower Peninsula. It is clean and well maintained. Just steps away from the beautiful Lake Leelanau for boating, kayaking, and paddle boarding is a huge bonus. I couldn't have asked for a better weekend than my time at Leelanau Pines Campground!

Sites were very close together. Many parts you could not go to because it was private! No extras

Location was great. Camp store and bathrooms/laundry is very clean and well maintained. It is a little dated but we kept catching an order every now and then that may have been from a sewage issue. Might have just been our location too. We were directly east of the bathrooms. Overall it really was a nice location but had to mention that. Hopefully it was just an isolated incident.

Lack of fire pit and the picnic table was dirty and rotting. Basically unusable. Site was clean. Live hookup was good. Overall stay was average.

High functionality. Gravel drives have some pot holes. End of season with docks and boat lifts all about giving the park a junk yard vibe.
