Lofgren Park Campground — Reviews

Easy check in, the site was perfect, very quiet, the town so peaceful, grocery in walking distance. Showers and bathrooms were clean and water was hot. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful park

Quiet town park with plenty of recreation. We had some trouble with our big rig due to dragging levelers and trees branches catching on our top. The site was not very level for us to get close to the hookup. We should have stayed in the middle larger open area.

What a nice, peaceful campground! Easy walk to town for a walleye fish fry. And easy access to Kabetogama, Ash River and Rainy Lake.

We love Lofgren Park! We have been coming here for years, this is the 9th year in a row my wife's family has held a cousins weekend.

Quiet, power, reasonably clean

The park was well kept and quiet. Short walk to the local grocer and post office. Would stay again if in the area. Sites are long enough for a big rig and very reasonable.

Nice peaceful camp ground

The pictures were a bit different than actual footage. I was hoping to fish 🎣 right behind camp spot. The boat launch was busy with children swimming ( which was still wonderful) so no fishing was really had. Spots were a very nice size, and it was relatively quiet. Kids outside playing and enjoying camping warms our hearts 💕, so it was overall a good trip!

Clean and Quiet. Very picturesque. Within walking distance to a very nice small town. Would definitely stay again.

Thank you for a wonderful spot, everything was just as we’d hoped. We spent plenty of time out on our 🏍️. Enjoying the beauty of ND! Able to return to our RV and enjoy a nice fire ( w marshmallows). It was very peaceful. Thank you Cheryl & Clark site 11 🥰
