I was here for the second time, and it was great again. This time, we had the entire park to ourselves, so we could enjoy watching plenty of deer roaming around the park. Whenever I’m passing by, I’ll definitely stop here again.

Always clean, well kept facilities. Friendly and polite staff. We always enjoy our stay and can’t wait to go back! The additional patio kitchenettes & gas fires make the yurts wonderful for a group to hangout together & enjoy!

Beautiful, modern campground. Need to work a bit on signage so it is easier to know where the campsites are and a few are not numbered. We arrived after hours and they were so helpful!

Staff and facilities couldn’t be any nicer. Very accommodating and full hook ups for your RV. Also yurts available for rental as well. A nice place to stay.

Rated4.0out of 5Great!
The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 was because there isn't any cable and couldn't get a reception. Other than that, everything else was great, the people, the bathhouse, the grounds, GREAT.

What a wonderful stay. We stayed for two nights travelling between Maryland and Illinois. We enjoyed it , and are returning in October and staying for at least 4 days. Great bathhouse, cute store, lots of fun activities, safe for kids and pets, relaxing atmosphere, beautiful nature and spacious campsites. Super reasonable rates.

One of the best campgrounds I have stayed in and definitely the best yurt. I loved that the yurt had air and heat. The only thing that could have made the stay even more perfect would have been a microwave inside the yurt given that there isn't any food for 30 miles away. I will definitely stay again if ever in the area. The whole Dodridge county park is amazing and so is the pool.

The sites were well spaced giving plenty of privacy and the facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff was super friendly too. We will be back.
