Satisfaction Rating

The cabin was dirty, black mould in the shower and on the blinds. I had to clean the cabin before we could even unload our things. Smashed food from previous renters, coffee and juice spills etc, dishes left in the dish rack, cobwebs, dirty walls etc; We even found clothing left behind. I washed the floors 3 times because the water was so black from the dirty floors. There were no activities happening on the grounds, nothing to do other than use the pool, playgrounds are tired and need updating. Wi-Fi reception on the grounds is spotty at best. No outdoor light on the cabin made it extremely dark at night with no lights on the road. The front deck doesn't drain when it rains and collects all rain water making a pool of water. There was no check in time of check out time listed on our reservation or on the camps website. The reception area in the main office is confusing as to where to go to get your keys. Cabin should have its own fire pit and not have to share one between other cabins.
