Our voltage when connected to your power was low and caused our refrigerator to do a defrost cycle every six minutes. When we were set to leave, our slides would not come in because of low voltage. Normally we do not have to start our motorhome engine in order to pull in the slides, except this time. Please check your power outlet post for #24.

Check in was easy peasy..had absolutely no issues park was quiet and clean will be staying for the next few months and the rate is unbeatable!!

No office. Nothing telling us which spot to use. Someone staying there said this was normal and to just park wherever we wanted . . . which is what we did. No public restroom or shower.

No wifi - no water hookup - residents in the trailer park NOT an RV park were fully equipt with pitbulls and were rockin until after 2AM

Grounds not as described. Our Rig sunk in pad. Power source was too far from rig to access. We moved from our site. I would not stay for more than 1 night. Manager never returned our call. I emailed and left voicemail.

It’s a great functional stop if all you need is a cheap place to park no regrets

Garbage everywhere, cats running around, couldn’t find our spot so we used another vacant spot. Would not stay there

Location was great for what we needed. This is in a residential trailer park with RV spots. Website does not show this. There is no laundry facilities on site. There is no on site management, I left 2 messages never heard back. If there was an emergency I’m not sure how you would contact anyone.

Beware! Not a place that I felt safe with my kids. Arrived late, tried to call but not no one from the company called me back, no one at the office when we left to even check out. Luckily they had the electric unlocked but nothing was labeled! We had to drive around in hopes of finding the spot. Thankfully a guy that lived there was outside his trailer and offered to help back in and what spot we needed. No place to leave trash and grass was super over grown so it was really hard to attach our water. We used it for a 1 night stay. Pretty sure I could have bought any type of drugs from multiple people in the neighborhood-not to judge but not a safe place for my kids. No map to know where to park, no trash containers to throw out trash.

So convenient and easy access. There are some permanent residents who are very nice and helpful. I've stayed there 3 times in the last 3 months. Thanks!
