Very quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful sites along the river! Amenities were good and facilities were clean. They only accept cash which was a little harder but they did their best to accommodate us!

Many long term rigs there with no occupants. Some in very poor repair. Bathrooms were not clean and shower was tiny and dirty. For the price to stay there, it was very disappointing. Host was great and accommodating.

I love the spot but wish not so many pine trees and pine pitch . Will be back river was refreshing

The weather was good the water was so low to go down the river was our only disappointment The band was good and activities.

Great quiet place to escape & a river front site is a must.

Upon arrival, we were greeted at the gate, had a quick check in and ushered to our camping space. We were even given a complimentary bag of ice & a bundle of firewood. Our spot was level & clean. The place was quiet and I barely saw anyone else even there. Enjoyed a nice private swim in the large pool. Cool and refreshing! The only slightly negative aspect was the bathroom/bathhouse was on the older side with only one shower stall and 3 toilets. But it was fine since I was the only one there. Also, as one might expect being in the woods and along the river in the summer, the mosquitoes are quite ferocious! Especially after dark. Bring your bug repellent!!

This campground has great potential, they have a beautiful location,They have friendly staff, but not enough of them. The same person who brings you to your campsite is the same person that runs the store and everything else. The store is perpetually closed because of this while this gentleman runs around with his head cut off during check in times. Small tight sites desperately in need of stump grinding, tree cutting and clearing and site leveling. They have great kid activities, it is nice and quiet. So much potential, definitely in danger of having too many seasonal campers though, which in our opinion makes a campground much less travel camper friendly. The septic on our site did not work, which we were not warned about until we went to pull the tank and it just backed up all underneath our camper :(

Clean campsite lots of activities,close to alot of great attractions.

Mike, the staff, made it a fantastic experience to camp there. For that reason, I rescheduled another trip in three weeks.

Had a amazing time! Power was out for most of our stay and management went over and beyond to make sure everything was okay

Wonderful location, at the river, in principle quiet. We liked the space at the riverfront very much. So the environment is 4 star. But: in fact it is not as quiet. Leaf blower at the pool while we were swimming (noise and exhaust cloud), extensive leaf blowing at the tracks (makes no sense, but noise). Shouting and hollering (after a party?) at midnight. Early movers making noise at 6 in the morning... So it was not as relaxing as it could be. And be careful, if you are driving 6 mph at the site you get a warning.

It’s a nice campground. The management is great and super helpful! Plenty of things to do.

Absolutely a great time! Lots of activities for kids. If your looking for a fun place for your kids and your self this is it. Also the owner Karl is very involved in making sure your stay is great. The staff are very sweet and great with kids. Already planning a second trip.
