Mesa Sunset RV Resort — Reviews

Easy access to get around Mesa. CVS and Frye's grocery close. Nice pool with spray mist feature along fence where nice chairs and lounge chairs are located. Clean new bathrooms. Beautiful clubhouse. Laundry facilities are nice and reasonably priced.

Friendly staff and residents but extremely noisy area with air and street traffic all night. Dirty bathrooms and shower stalls so wet it was impossible to undress/dress without getting pants wet.

My husband and I love children and this RV park brought us back to our own childhoods because there were so many children hanging out with their friends and playing well into dark. Every one of the other campers we met were friendly and welcoming. This park feels more like an old fashioned neighborhood.

Worst RV “resort” we’ve ever been to! We were told the Monday morning after we arrived Sunday afternoon that we had to leave and if we weren’t gone by 4:00 pm when the sheriff arrived that we would be evicted. The reason we had to leave was that our motorhome was more than 10 years old. We were also told that we would not receive any refund for the remaining 7 days of our reservation. If I could give a lower rating than one star I would. Imagine my shock at learning my vehicle that I had driven 800 miles to Arizona was too old to be there. We did snap some photos of motorhomes older than 10 years on our way out. Lucky for us, we found a better location at a lower price. DO NOT GO HERE!!

The place is great for families. Laundry and clubhouse has pool tables

Everything was perfect. Great staff, super clean rest rooms, level sites, small but could still get trailer and Jeep next to RV, heated pool, paved and wide roads. Excellent clubhouse……all good.

Nice place, small camp spots. Nice small gym, gets the job done. Some folks live there full time it appears. Good spot if you will be outside the gates, exploring AZ.

Quite and very clean

The RV park was clean and well maintained, but it is somewhat small and cramped.

The staff is amazing. When I couldn’t leave at checkout on time the helped me with that and didn’t even charge me extra they worked with me and made my stay very enjoyable. You don’t find customer service this good now days. Thank you

Easy access gated community. Clubhouse was clean and well maintained with staff available to help with questions. Laundry room was clean. There is a full weight room here. Pets welcome.

Nice park, lots to do for every age

Well organize camp spaces. Orderly. Club house, work out room and club house & kitchen beautiful and immaculate. For being in a busy highway we found it very quiet. Very friendly staff.

Remodeled clubhouse was nice. We went up there and played cards. Laundry room was clean Pool was nice and warm!
