The campground was well kept , grass all over was fantastic, people that work there are super welcoming and friendly. We loved it so much we are coming back this weekend.

The gate seems silly to be locked but was my first time staying here and with lack of advertisement about it they were fairly accommodating to have the gate unlocked at a later time. Nightly rates were affordable but everything in the store & gas was not. Felt almost watched the time we spent there, but I suppose it was safe. I didn't love the stay but didn't hate it. May be back in a pinch. Clean washrooms, free showers, garbage throughout the site as well as a ton of roots.

Not worth it! Stayed 2 nights and won't be back. It's sad because I grew up going to this lake. The lake has garbage all around and in it. Weeds are everywhere and in mass. No suitable for swimming. The beach is disgusting and covered in goose droppings and garbage. Fishing from shore or dock is a joke. Super weedy and hungry for hooks. Also power outlet was some sort of Chinese plug to which you can get an adapter at the store for a $20 deposit. The only positive is there is a small store open 24hrs and the wildlife is cool. Loons, pelicans, herons and geese. You can hear the coyotes at night and if you look up you can see some bat action.

No wifi. Outhouse only. Beach was full of geese, and geese poop. Lot was nice. Roads were muddy due to rain…hostess was nice and friendly

I booked a campsite for a week, there were few available sites, but we got a great one. The campsite is not bad, but the beach is neglected and dirty, swimming in the lake is not possible.
