Moonshine Acres RV Park — Reviews

The quiet hour was not respected. Loud music until after midnight. Campground is not surrounded by fence. Man was seen crossing the interstate from a very loud party and into the campground at 12:15 and begins knocking on doors of campers. Very scary! We will not be back until the area is secured for campers safety and quiet hours are posted and respected. I was shock there were no cameras in the area to capture the intruder. BTW the cops were called.

Very cute and cleaning. Wish there was more on site Amenities and a little more space between camp sites.

We had a good time. We were camping with our grandkids and oldest daughter. So it was a great time.

Always nice staying there. Quiet and staff is very friendly.

Nice park. Laundry and bathrooms are clean, rec area is good. Spots are spacious.

Very nice. Some highway noise from the trucks and we were pretty far back. Nice bathrooms, I much prefer this style with shower, toilet, & sink all private! Nice playground & club/rec room, and outside seating areas. We were only there for 1 night so didn’t use them, but would be nice if we had more time.

Good people. Good times. We were there to enjoy the car show, which was really nice with some very cool cars. The advertising for the car show was a little misleading…food trucks and music…actually was a pickup truck with crock pots and music…don’t recall hearing any. The following day, all the cars assembled but there didn’t seem to be any organized activities or even who/if there were judges. Beyond a poorly facilitated car show, the camp staff were friendly and helpful. Some lots were basically level, others weren’t. The area we were in was adjacent to a very busy highway…it prevented us from opening windows at night and we instead ran the A/C fan. Not ideal on a 50-degree night. Overall, not much else to else to do, however visiting the many springs in the area was nice, as was seeing the beautiful classic cars.

Clean, friendly and staff was very nice. Loved the GLAMPING TENT. We will be back!

Highly recommend- great facility and wonderful people!

Such a friendly, clean and quiet place. We stayed in one of the Glamping tents. The restrooms are private with nice showers, the a/c worked well and the refrigerator was nice sized. Lots of sleeping space on high end cotton lines and just 2 miles from Ichetucknee State Park where we went on the most amazing tube ride through the Springs. This is a great place to spend quality time with your friends or family.

As always we loved it here. They are kind and Karaoke was a blast!

This campground was so wonderful! Clean and well maintained. Spots were spacious. Restrooms were clean and smelled good. Staff was so helpful! We had the best weekend stay and it was so hard to leave! Would definitely return!

We had a great weekend here. Everyone was super friendly. We enjoyed the game room, our kids enjoyed the gaga ball pit and the playground. It’s super close to the springs also. It’ll be great once they get their pool too! We’ll definitely be back.
