Campground need more love!!

I would not recommend this campground. We left a day early.

The campsite is not the newest and no great views but it was convenient to Calgary, clean, quiet and I would go back, they had spots that fit my 45ft motorhome easily. I didn't need to use the facilities like washrooms as I had my own.

After a trip lasting nearly three weeks and nine campsites, this was the last one—and the worst. Even though we paid the fee for a guaranteed spot, we didn't end up getting it. We even had to pay extra for another spot with similar conditions. Vomit in front of a bench by the restroom building wasn’t cleaned up for three days. Someone defecated in the shower, and it wasn’t cleaned up for at least 24 hours. A shower costs a dollar (which is fine) and is supposed to last 5 minutes, but it was half a minute shorter. That’s a bit of a bummer when you’re almost done and counting on the time. The restrooms couldn’t be locked. And don’t forget, the highway is pretty close by, so it’s noisy. The lady at the front desk was very nice, though.

Location was clean, and place was quiet. The power and water hook up looked pretty sketchy, garbage bins were over flowing. Sewer dumps from neighbors were very close to eating area, some sewer dumps were not hooked up properly allowing foul odour to escape creating an unpleasant area. Had to sit in camper because of the sewer smell.

Nice little campground. It was clean and quiet. They had a mini golf course and yummy ice cream! They should add a dog park though. :)

Had a great time the staff was great, the property was well kept and the onsite store was priced sooo cheap.. was shocked usually ppl up charge so much… for sure come again and a again.. very satisfied

Although the bathrooms are clean, they are very old and dated. And unfortunately they charge for everything extra. So to take a shower costs money. And they have many other charges. Nothing available for charging a vehicle. Although they did say in their information that it was available and metered for a charge. On the plus side. It is close to the city so that is one and the only reasons we stayed there. They certainly need to do some upgrades to the showers and whole bathroom system. Lots of rules and extra charges.

The washrooms are in very bad condition. The worst we found on our whole trip to 4 weeks Canada. And the staff is very unfriendly. They are holding three peacook in a very small cage. Which we feel is animal cruelty. Also plenty of strange people around.

Arrived at 6:00om and checked in. Circled the park only to find someone in the site we had reserved. Went back to office where employee expressed distraction, saying people park where they want. She moved us to another site that was terrible. Someone else was plugged into our site, so we unplugged them and plugged them into their own, only to find that the reason they were plugged into ours was because their outlet wasn’t working. Again, no useful support from front staff. Could not hook up our sewage hose as it was under the trailer next to us. Our fire pit and secured to the ground table were about 10 feet from the neighbours sewage. With 30 degree heat it was unbearable to sit outside with that smell. For $50+ a night - it should be a pass

Spent 4 nights, quiet place, well tended to. Showers, laundry, power/water/sewer hookups, mini golf, lawn games and a little store with a great variety in case you forgot something. Even delivered fire wood to our site that we purchased at the office. Ordered from the pizza place the manager recommended and it was fantastic! Definitely recommend!

Probably 2.5 would be a better rating. Some of the infrastructure seemed to be in disrepair. For instance the electrical post had a broken cover and the water tap was leaking very badly. The shower head in the shower room was old with poor spray from the nozzle.

Not a very clean place . Not much choice in this area . Got a mouse in the pass through. Will not be staying here again

This campground has really nice grass next to each campsite, their store has lots of convenient supplies and being so close to Hwy 1, you can drive into Calgary to visit friends and family very easily. Quiet and convenient. We really enjoyed our stay.
