Staff helpful. The showers need an upgrade. No place to change in private.

the sanitary building does need an upgrade

I have only one star because (1) no water pressure, bare 20 psi; (2) after flushing our own black water tank and hitching up, I needed to use the public washroom but EVERY toilet was plugged; (3) front gate was broken, we were told there would be a security guard but there wasn’t, people were driving in and out all night, including someone setting up at 3 AM; (4) cellular coverage was marginal, mostly no connectivity whatsoever and the campground does not offer any wifi, making it impossible for those of us who have to work while travelling.

Mini golf is overgrown to the point where it’s hard to play! Told on the phone that I could check in early in order to make the shuttle to the Stampede, then told on arrival that it was an extra $20.

Campground was nice, but sites were small. It seemed like the sites were once larger and then reduced in size. The septic plug was in the middle of the site, as was a tree, which made setting up camp a bit awkward. The office/store was great, as was the playground. Staff were friendly.

the only positive was the staff, they were friendly and knowledgeable. Negatives: Bathrooms/washhouse needs a lot of improvements,/upgrades. Only 1 shower (plus a handicap shower) was working, they were archaic, rusty, peeling walls, hot water was not consistent. We were surprised there wasn't wi-fi. So many travellers from out of country and Canada were at there wits end .The campsites were not maintained after one unit checked out, grass was not cut, area was not raked, fire pits were not cleaned. Hopefully the company will do some much needed renovations.

We stay at spot 64A the first 3 nights then 79 the last 3 nights. Every day the weather was perfect, clear blue sunny skies with little to no wind. The only time it was raining or there was a thunderstorm was late at night, early mornings before we left our campsite and or when we were driving somewhere. Other than that the weather was perfect. Would definitely stay there again.

The service was excellent

The site was nice, but I couldn’t hook up all the utilities at same time. Neighbour’s sewer hose ran across my lot.

Ok for overnight stop over but sites are really close together plus water and hydro hook up are on the wrong side and no wifi . Washrooms need some TLC . You can tell that there doing a lot of work grading the site some have new grass The girls in the office are really helpful and super friendly

I bought and paid for 50 amp service. When I arrived, they told me that they had moved me to a bigger site and that I had a credit on my account - which they paid me for. Not understanding why there was a credit, we parked and set up. THEN we found out that they had bumped us to a 30 amp site with no fire pit and no picnic table. I was so disappointed! This motorhome is new to us and this was going to be the first time on 50 amp - I was SO excited. Instead it was seven days and six nights of watching the amp read out so that we didn't run too many things at one time. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Bad facilities, no wifi, low water pressure, not clean, old washrooms and shower, messy sites

Very poor standard, bathroom and toilet was dirty and bad maintenance

Lots of garbage and nails everywhere. Very unkept site!

The camp was quiet and clean. The staff were nice and helpful. We met some great friendly campers with some amazing travel stories.
