Music Valley RV Park at Renfro Valley — Reviews

This was an empty field with grass, mud, sparse amoumts of gravel pads, etc. NOT A CAMPGROUND! Sixty dollars, really?!

Rude little man workin there. I didn’t feel safe

No one available to check in with. No phone number to call if there was a problem. No picnic tables. No fire rings. Not very close to the concert barn for 50amp RVs.

It was a parking lot behind the performance building with some trees. There are no arrows showing which way to go( we were there alone). The shower house had no hot water until we complained. There was no water pressure at first also. We were told it was the city. Checked in by phone instead of going to their liquor store to check in. Very dark at night and no security. No other campers came to the 30 amp campground, several were at the other 50 amp campground. I think the cost of $60 was too much for the night.

We arrived to find that their was no water and the bathrooms were not operable as well. A quick call to give guests a heads up so they could plan accordingly would have been nice. This is our second stay and our first one was also in satisfactory. The couple we camped with arrived to find they didn't have electricity. No one came to fix it remedy the issue and they had to use someone else's power pole. Won't be using this campsite again.

It’s clean big sites and I will be going there again

We loved being so close to the Music Barn. Clean restroom/shower facilities. We will be back.

No fire ring or picnic table at the sites. Not a place to stay more than a couple days, don’t plan a week stay.

Quiet easy in and out all services worked - great layover location

Had trouble with the electric, 30 amp. Contacted the office and was told someone would be over to help, but no one ever came. Plus they have changed the entrance to the parking lot and if you didn't know about the change, the other entrance is locked. Plus no where to turn around in a big rig. This use to be such a great place to camp and we love the area.

The office was super accommodating and quickly found us an alternative site, our original site was across the creek from the bath house and too far for my elderly mother to walk. Lack of amenities, no picnic tables, no fire rings. Although the bath house was very clean, there was only one, the shower benches were tiny and not wide enough for clothes/towels/essentials, two of the 3 showers did not have anywhere to put soap/shampoo, towel hangers were broken.

The campground is not kept up well at all. The restrooms were nasty and had no paper products. We informed them and two days later we had paper products but nothing had been cleaned. We were there 5 nights and during that time only 5 campers came and went. There are no picnic tables or fire rings. The price is not warranted for the quality of the park.
