The staff is top notch and the view of mother nature's best is golden. The retro cabin is really comfortable and had everything that we needed.

Very nice park. The pool and clubhouse are not completed yet. A lot of the spots are owned by the individual so you can tell they take good care of them.

Thank you for staying with us and leaving your nice comments. The pool/hot tub should be open early fall 2024 and the beautiful showers & laundry are now open. Hopefully you will come again and see just how nice they are! All of the lots are privately owned, which is cool because they all have their own unique touches. With our owner rental program, RVers can come for short stays and enjoy what many others are investing in! Hope to see you again! :)

The park is still under construction. I was awakened by back up beeps of vehicles two sites away from us. No pool, club house or rest rooms yet. Our water was turned off twice in our 4 night stay. Its got potential though :-)

We are very sorry for the inconveniences you had while you visited. We let the workers know that they cannot start work so early! Unfortunately, with some owners doing improvements to their lots, there are times when there is construction noise. The pool/hot tub should be open in Sept and the laundry/showers are scheduled to open late July. We hope you come back when the pool is open! :)

The spot we rented was very nice. Kelly was great with communications and very friendly. We took advantage of the playground and walked the trail around. Looking forward to coming back when the clubhouse is completed.

Friendly staff. Very windy. Let us have our trailer in a motor home spot after we were in a dive place. Will be a great place once the pool is open and there are more developed spots. My husband think it will help cut down the wind too. Kids had fun on the playset.

You just never know what the wind will do in the Cascade Foothills ;) Thank you for staying and we hope your travels bring you back when our pool is open. The lots are owned by individual parties who improve them to various degrees. That is why some have turf, tables + patios; while others do not. It is very unique!

Everything was as advertised. While the park is being developed, the manager communicated the lack of a the proposed pool and clubhouse as permits are secured. Therefore we came without that anticipation. All the hookups worked without a flaw. There is a fenced dog park. Granted it is HOT in the Yakima/Naches area in July, but we had solid air conditioning and the glacial rivers coming down from the forests in the Cascades on Routes 12 and 410 give opportunities to get refreshed. I can’t wait to see this park when the landscaping is mature.

No WIFI……..no picnic table no showers until July. The wind blew all the time no grass at site someday it will be a nice place but it will be years. Nice and quiet is about the only good thing.

Since you were one of the very first guests we had, we can understand your review. Since your stay in June 2022, many lots have been uniquely landscaped (they are individually owned), WiFi is thoughout the park; dog park, playground, & walking trails are open. The Clubhouse with saltwater pool and hot tub is set to open early 2024, so we hope you will come back to see us again so you can see how much has changed :)
