    Primitive Group Tent Site

    Group site #1 was designed for larger groups. The site is creek front in the lower corner of the campground. It has a fire ring in the middle of the site surrounded by log benches to provide a great social setting. The site normally has two picnic tables but any number of tables can be added. It has plenty of parking for buses or multiple vehicles right at the site. The site has water and a 30/50 amp 110 volt electric hook up. It's roughly a two minute walk to the main shower house and laundry but has its own Portable Toilet for convenience. Group site #1 is a great basecamp for your group to enjoy our areas attractions or if you like a large area all to your self the base price is $75 per night for 6 people and $8 for each additional person.

    Campground was quiet and clean. Site was large and right next to the creek.

    Site was a little difficult to level due to the gravel, but it was a nice area. A little noisy with some work going on, on the other side of the creek. Our bench seat was broken upon arrival, but we enjoyed the cool breeze and just relaxing outside. There was a little bit of a smell coming from somewhere in the area not sure of it was the septic dump removal area as we were pretty close to that right up from site 7. It is a smaller site location so if you have a camper or motor home that is longer the 25ft this site would not be a good fit. Over all it was a nice stay. Kids enjoyed playing in the creek.

    The sites were very clean. Also all the neighbors were very quiet which made it relaxing to listen to the creek.
