Nice, clean campground with good amenities

Nice place, very quiet and clean! Owner is very nice and helpful.

Lots of play activities for kids, and neatly maintained property.

Quiet peaceful

This place is special. It is a gem of a place to stay! Each campsite is spacious to park a camper and a car trailer and sis’s/atv’s. Each campsite has full hookups that are easy to get to. There is a fire ring and picnic tables provided at each site. The people that are seasonal camping, were very nice, along with the weekenders as they trickled in. We encouraged some friends to stay here on a separate weekend. They have raved about it, since their stay. We will be back for another long weekend.

Sites were mostly sand with a little gravel. We sunk quite a bit during our stay and had to continually adjust our level especially after it rained. The sites had a lot of tall weeds and grass and ticks were definitely an issue throughout our stay. Lastly, the water smells and tastes like a cast iron pan. We have orange stains in our shower and toilet. The owners were friendly. It would be a good place for a short weekend stay, but we would not choose to stay here again.

Would have given no stars but that's not an option. It's an old gravel pit converted to a campground. The camp site was hard to level camper on. Paid extra to pick site thinking it was by the lake. It was a wooded area before you reach the water. Covered with Algae and lily pads. We didn't see who runs the campground. You check in online. Not much to do in the area without driving a distance.

Rural but beautiful

it is brand new. I think a tree between each space would be a big plus. some of the water connections should be a bit higher and septic a bit lower, with this being said it is brand new and with time and mother nature cooperation I think this will be a very nice park. I look forward to going back next year and see the updates. I would definitely stay again.
