New Wave RV Park — Reviews

We only stayed one night as we traveled from Texas to Ohio. A lot of older, full time campers, but quiet. Level and easy parking for the pull through with full hookups. WiFi was excellent.

The Park is not set up for daily renters. No welcome desk. The building in the Campspot picture is the Laundry Room. There is good reason they did not have more pictures. The owners allow as old and poor of a condition an RV can be. Most will never move the RV as it’s in its last place in life. The sign says pay your rent by 2nd of the Month. The electrical panel cover was broken and laying on the ground. The Guest host is super nice and introduced himself once he returned from fishing. Offered us tomatoes as s gift. Not recommended for daily renters.

Great site for a quick nite. We got a late reservation and needed an inexpensive, clean place to camp. Campground attendant met us and guided us to our site. Full hookup and good pull thru site. Would camp there again. A great no-frills place to park and stay for a great price.

Overall it was OK. Several long term tenants have sites that are trashy and unkempt. One in particular has months of garbage bagged up and thrown on the ground. A mattress is laying on the ground in another site. A person was dumpster diving on location.

The park manager was great. Everything you need is close.

Staff is very helpful.

Manager is very friendly. Close to everything.

The campsite was very quiet at night and private from neighbors. The owner came to introduce himself and offered us some assistance. The yard was well kept and there are signs for directions to the campsite. People who had dogs were very respectful. We did not test the WiFi or use the amenities.

Perfect little spot for our overnight stay. Beautiful and clean bathrooms. Got a spot towards the fence so it was quiet. Loved our stay.

I ended up stay a couple extra weeks. The people were nice friendly and even helped us out working on our camper. I will be trying to come back very soon. Leonard the property manager was great kind, always smiling always helped out when he could.

Great little rv park ! Loved my stay!

Camp was clean and Leonard was very helpful. Spoke to one of the full time campers and he was very friendly as well. We will stay there again

Easy to find, easy to park, friendly and helpful management.
