Nice, clean, friendly community. We enjoyed our bike rides and the gym. We wanted to go for longer bike rides in the surrounding areas but they don’t have bike path. We gave 4 stars only because of the wifi signal. My wife still works and we use the computer for entertainment and even though we paid for the service (they have free wifi as well) it was very week. We were not able to use our phones service as a hot spot because reception is limited. Overall very nice, we love that most sites have trees. If the opportunity presents we will definitely return

We really enjoyed our stay there. Pros: 1. All level concrete pads 2. Clean and well maintained park 3. Free internet was 'OK' 4. All the full timers were friendly and helpful to us. 5. Dog friendly park and human friendly to my dog 'Hook.' 6. Nice pool and daily activities. 7. Laundry facility adequate and well maintained $1.75 per wash or dry. 8. Clubhouse with free ice machine that always had ice. 9. Friendly staff: April at front desk, John in maintenance 10. Mini lake with fountain with bridge and gazebo across and fish cleaning hut. Cons: 1. It rained 1 time in a month stay 2. 30-minute drive to get to real grocery store
