restrooms/showers super clean and very nice. We had Issue at first. Lady at the desk took care of it right away. Even upgraded us to a nicer site. Then for the first time ever we were offered free ice. We’ll be back in the future.

Very friendly staff. Pleasant check in. Level lot and lots of trees. Only there for one night so did not use the many amenities offered. Would stay there again

Nice RV resort with great hosts! Conveniently located near Fredericksburg and local wineries. Very clean restrooms and showers with coded locks. Large pool and hot tub.

We had a great shady site, easy to back into. A favorite amenity for us, is the remodeled bathhouse/showers. Even though all sites are full hook up, it was great to have such a clean modern facility. We would definitely return to Oakwood should we ever get back to Fredricksburg.

Staff was friendly & welcoming. It easy to find, near town, dog friendly with a great little dog park. The park was clean & tidy, had very nice restroom/shower facilities (heated), a pool, putting green, horseshoes & a couple other games. RV sites have full hookups. Plenty of trees there for shade in spring & summer. Will be back!

We love staying here! The campsites and pool are clean and well taken care of. Location is close to Fredericksburg main street and we always feel welcomed.🙂
