Friendly clean and nice!!!

This campground is clean, quiet, and full of amenities. It’s our favorite spot to close out the camping season each year. Highly recommend!

Staff is very pleasant, happy, helpful. Campground and facilities are meticulous. Camp store is well stocked with everything you need. Reservations are easy to make. Website well designed and easy to navigate. We will be back next year

Very nice, well maintained, great facilities, nice clean pools. Sites are spacious and laid out amongst trees and well placed landscaping. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Well stocked camp store with unusually long open hours.

Great campground. Fabulous wifi and cable. Nice surroundings. Nice pool. Only reason didn’t give a 5 because grass at sites is a little sparse. Leading to too much dirt. Some seed and fertilizer would fix.

I had arrived ahead of my husband by an hour so the desk let me check in. However, when he arrived with our Motorhome, the security guy wouldn't let him through the gate or let me use my gate card from check-in. I told him I checked in but he made me go to my car and get the paperwork. Because my husband was at the gate, other people pulled up behind him and the security guy said you can't park there. I said, "where is he supposed to go, you can't turn the coach around on a dime!" I got the map and looked at it but I'm not sure what he was looking for considering I had the gate card. Ridiculous and rude. The dog park needs some repairs to the bottom of the fencing because one of pups got under it and ran. NOT GOOD. I had a friend come visit and if she stayed the night, it would be $30! That is excessive compared to everywhere else we have traveled to. However, it is a very nice, clean and well kept RV camp with lots to do.

Campground was clean and well maintained. The proximity to Old Orchard Beach was awesome, yet also an easy exit off of the highway. The new pool in Lazy Acres was lovely. Some tight sites but we would definitely go back!

Phenomenal staff. Super friendly and super helpful. The hospitality was excellent. The atmosphere was great and the whole facility was clean and spectacular. Even the neighbors and everyone camping there were super friendly. Restrooms and showers were immaculate and spotless. Looking forward to returning next year. The amenities in the cabin were great everything was very accessible, user friendly and we had everything we needed to make our stay that much more relaxing and make us feel right at home

This camp ground is very clean and close to the beach 10 minutes to the beach . And a shuttle for a small fee if you don’t want to drive.
