Beautiful location and layout. A small, friendly family campground where all the trailers face in into a large lawn but with plenty of trees between each site on the sides for privacy. Will definitely be back.

The staff were friendly. We love that it is family owned business and there was only total of 45 sites. There is a big common area to play volleyball among other things.The campground was just what we were looking for. The weather was not the best but campground was only 20 minute drive to Outlets

The owners, Jason and Tori, really care about making sure their guests have a great experience and it shows. From the moment we checked in we felt welcome and comfortable. Our site was really clean and private, the office/store had anything you might have forgotten, they bring the firewood to your site right to the fire pit for you, booking/check in was extremely easy, you can add things from the store to your site tab and pay at the end of your stay, overall it seems like they put a lot of thought into how they can make your stay easy and comfortable and set themselves apart from other campgrounds. Our kayaking trip with them was incredible we had a great time on the Saco river which the owners along with other folks in the area help maintain after storms etc. overall I have nothing but great things to say about this campground and the owners/staff who clearly love what they do. We can’t wait to go back here with our kids next time to enjoy all the family friendly activities!

Excellent family campground! The staff and owners were extremely nice and made my family feel welcome. This will be our new campground and we will be returning soon.

place is very clean, spacious! family owned and is one of the best camping experiences i have had definitely recommend!

Relaxing place, floating down the river was fun. Clean amenities, and friendly staff. Would like to come back, and would recommend to others.

We had such a wonderful time! We took advantage of a riverfront tent site. The campground was incredibly clean and all the staff were very friendly! I was impressed by how the whole campground worked and flowed. There was a pulse of life throughout that was very welcoming and chill. Renting tubes was a blast!
