No picnic tables, no campfire pits, bad water, water was brown and tasted bad.

Had a nice 3 night stay here. Can’t beat it for the price!

Very kind staff and very understanding quite rv park no drama or trouble

It was a great value, a good location, and the spots were level enough. There were some issues with the color of the water; my husband is a water plant operator and says it’s a discoloration due to higher levels of manganese, but that it’s harmless. We bought bottled water nearby for drinking. Our biggest problem was cockroaches. We left a night early because we had to get home to meet an exterminator to treat our camper and, just in case, our house. The good value was negated by the cost of the exterminator. The owner said the problem was addressed after we left, but the bugs were everywhere so they had to have known about it before I brought it up. Also, not sure why they claimed to have a pool, but they don’t at this time.

Orange Grove is a new RV park and they are still working out the kinks. Uncommunicative plumbers lead to several water outages with zero notice. Kelly did the best she could with the info she was given. The sites are varied sizes, some were big enough to set up a patio area, ours wasn’t. Not a big deal during the rainy season. Our biggest issue was the water. It changed colors several times during our month stay-mostly shades of brown, never clear. The owners said they test the water and it’s fine so I’m sure it is. We didn’t use it for drinking or cooking. The train was a problem for us. Several people said they got used to it, we didn’t. Bring earplugs. The website lists several amenities that they didn’t actually have-pool included. Maybe coming soon? The owners are nice as can be, just working out the kinks. Can’t beat the price.
