I arrived on a Saturday so there was no one there to check in with … there was no package waiting for me at the office either … fortunately I had a lot # in my confirmation email and after awhile I was able to locate what I thought was my site so I pulled up into the site and was immediately joined by the people in the lots nearby who suggested I had the wrong spot… so I went out looking again and realized it was across the street … I set up over there in the correct spot but when I went to use the bathhouse there was a sign on it instructing me to call the office to get the code for the lock to the bathhouse … well there was still no one to talk to because the calls went to a answering machine and no one was returning my calls so I had to give up on having a shower that night … the next day was Sunday and I didn’t want to repeat another day like that so I left the site never to return … even that was sketchy because even as I couldn’t find anyway to check in ( even on the website ) there was no way to check out or inform anyone I was leaving a day early … I had a guy across the street witness my departure before 11 am because I was going to seek a refund for at least that day … days afterwards I did hear from them and they apologized for everything and they did refund my entire stay … The lot was ok and if not for the lack of contact with anyone it would have been fine … the wifi was the best I’ve seen so far
