Owl's Nest Campground — Reviews

Rated4.0out of 5Great!
The campground and staff were amazing . Unfortunately, I was there during a hail storm and rain for three solid days which made my stay unpleasant . The dog park is awesome for anyone with their pets .

Easily accessible with lots of camp sites. Lot’s of green grass but not many established tree’s as of yet. Price was right and online check in made it very easy. Totally recommended

The resort was very well taken care of, the shower houses are brand new and the RV hookups are very well setup. I had a hard time in the evenings hanging outside with a fire just because of the mosquitoes, it diddn’t matter how much bug spray you used they were relentless. The evenings were filled with the aroma of manure or silage. That being said those two elements are out of the campgrounds control but we’re note worthy which affected our stay slightly. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here and the kids really enjoyed the bike track behind our trailer and the skate park on the back corner of the property. Those were very welcome surprises when we arrived.

Very nice camp ground. Some of the biggest and easiest spots to get into that I’ve seen. Not packed in on top of each other. Having the dog park right there was an awesome bonus as well. Very well kept.

Our site did not have water. No trees for shade just terrible tent camping

Everything was fine for a nights stay. We were passing through on our way home. My only complaint was other campers who were regulars did not pick up after their dogs.
